I am very confused.  In order to return items, do I have to go to the website under my orders and print out a label to use or can I still use the label that came with my order?  If I use the label that came with my order, will my return be held up due to the fire?  Thank you.

@lovesallanimals    Yes, use the label that came with your order, and no, the fire won't affect your return.  You can even have the USPS pick up your return.  Go to their website and click on "schedule a pick up".

@tessam  It's USPS . . . and no, there is no charge for your carrier to pick-up a package.
