Return Label Charges

[ Edited ]

I'd love to understand why I was charged for two return label charges.  I placed ONE order - 2 G.I.L.I. TSVs, 2 IT Cosmetics items.  Once again, these items were all placed at ONE time.  These items were shipped to me in three packages.  One package was the 2 G.I.L.I. items.  And the IT Cosmetics were both shipped in separate packages.  I returned one of the G.I.L.I. items and one of the IT Cosmetic items.  Those two items were returned in one package because the bag was large enough to hold both items and they were from the EXACT SAME ORDER.  When I received the return credits, I had two deductions for using the return label - one for the G.I.L.I. item and one for the IT Cosmetics item.  I'm so ****** off.  Seriously, these items came from the same order. Why the hell would I be charged for using two return labels? The shipping charges with this company are insane and out of control.

@ChicagoGirl33 - There's no need to panic—mistakes happen. Hopefully, one of the moderators here will see your message and assist you; otherwise, if you call customer service and explain what happened, I'm sure you can get one of your charges refunded quite easily. If you give them a chance, the Q reps are great!
