Return Charge for USPS When Used UPS!

I received a credit for .13! I thought this was bizarre because I would have been charged the first installment amount. I just called and the gentleman said well you were charged the return amount because I used the postal return! Not! I always use UPS. Talk about a way to rip you off. This is unacceptable! I had to locate all my paperwork since I wasn't expecting that explanation. He said, "you should have sent it back postal." If I can track it better and the return arrives within a day I'd rather pay a bit more, but how dare they claim I returned it by the USPS. He did credit me back the amount from the USPS charge, but this should have never occurred in the first place. I am very fastidious about covering any labels and use white paper to wrote the address clearly. Boy, I don't even return mutch, however lately the errors are awful. I am definitely going to cut back my shopping at QVC. These are worries I don't need in my life. I've already had an item returned and not credited. I had to wait the ten days to call and get credited. This week an item was shipped in the wrong color and I had to send that back and now this. All in a two week span.

I'm terrible on understanding things. I jjust recently received back a package I'd sent my daughter in Denver. She didn't pick it up.

The cost was $13. It was sent back to me, no charge.

I left everything like it was and rewrapped it in a brown paper bag and sent it to my daughter's boyfriend house for her.

I used the US Post Office. I've always thought they were expensive. It was a very small box (a little heavy, but small).

It cost another $13 to mail it back to Colorado.

When seeking a return credit, I always as for account credit vs waiting for my original method of payment to be refunded. I order a lot from QVC and too hard to track over several credit cards. Account credit usually shows up with 24-48 hours and much easier for me!!

I will definitely consider that in the future. Right now I am perturbed that they tried to get away with a fast one. I worry that this is there method now and if QVC can get away with it they Remis no conceivable way they saw my return as a postal return, I use my own white computer paper to write the return address and remove/cover any labels. I like your idea and if I purchase ore in the future this is an idea worth considering. I, too order a lot and my return rate is low. I think for 2019 I only have a handful. Thank you fir your suggestion! Greatly appreciated.
