I am getting packages with no return labels.  This is an ongoing problem lately in almosy all packages.  Are others having this problem?

It has been going on for awhile.  I don't order much but fortunately for what I have orderd has had the slips either in the box or under the shipping label.

If you have to return something and if you have a printer you can go to your order and print one out. If you don't have a printer, contact customer service and they will send you one.

Do you mean just for QVC or other companies as well? I have seen a trend with many companies where no return label is included, let alone a packing receipt.  Younger generations return things in store or are used to printing a packing slip at home. With Amazon returns you can use an app and just drop it off at Kohl's with no packaging at all. QVC might be moving in this direction as I'm sure packing slips cost money.

I resent the fact that QVC is making its customers print out their own return labels.  It takes a lot of ink from a personal printer to print out the return labels correctly.  In addition, their return polciies are very expensive and the refunds are so slow in being refunded.  I wanted to return two items that I bought a couple of months ago, but when I checked out the cost of the returns, it made more sense to keep the items and gift them.  What games are they playing?  The cost of the returns does not compensate for the "FREE SHIIPPING AND HANDLING".

Yes, I am having this problem too.  I have received about 10 items over the last few months without anything inside (or that awful 3-part thing on top of the box).  Nothing at all to have in case I need to return it.  I am still working from home and I don't have (or want) a printer so it's annoying.  Like another poster said, maybe they think that will make us less likely to return anything.

Sometimes the label is behind the mailing label.  @Littlebear Have you looked there?

Yes, I have gotten 7 orders in the last 2-3 weeks with no invoice and no return labels, it is supposed to be a peel off 3 part and only the first part is there,  if you peel it, it is just the box below.  I resent having to print my own label.  I pay enough for the return shipping, I shouldn't have to pay for the paper and ink for the label too.  HSN is never an issue!!!  I am done ordering.  One or two times I thought it was an oops,  but this have been multiples over weeks so I am starting to think this is the new way to do things and I don't like it.

I have been receiving packages without packing slips and return labels. I don't think I should have to print my own return label!! ( my printer is not working).

I rarely return anything, but it bothers me that QVC is making it an inconvenience to return an item!!!!! How can we voice our disappointment over this matter???

YES!!! I have been receiving packages without the packing slips- return labels.

I was told on a live chat to print my own label!!!! This is an inconvenience! ( my printer is currently not working).

What can we do about this besides venting on this QVC Community blog????

I have torn boxes apart looking for the packing slip- return label!!

I think QVC wants to make it more difficult to return items, which is such a disappointment for a company I've been dealing with for several years!!!

Maybe it's time to switch to Amazon!
