Responses (rather lack of) to Facebook posts and emails....

How many times do we hear the hosts and guests inviting QVC customers to email us or contact us on Facebook.  Well, that really doesn't happen.

 

I've queried at least 3 times on something over the past few months and have gotten absolutely no answers at all. 

 

My question was whether Susan Graver would be offering her stretch peachskin button front big shirt (A203722) in prints in the future.

 

Wanna bet this will be the 4th time I ask and get no answer?  So much for 'please contact us....'!

I contacted Susan Graver about a year ago and she (or her secretary)responded me immediately and brought back a dress that sold out too fast.

@Mandercat. Maybe nobody has a definitive answer at this time.

The only time I reached out on Facebook was to Valerie Parr Hill. She messaged me that same day, and was very helpful.

Agree.  I posted to a host's facebook page couple years ago and asked a question.  I never got a response and have never posted again as it was a waste of time.
