@schmadsquad,  I'll add what I posted on your other thread.   That's not a complete error message so it's hard to know exactly what's causing it.   Your post only tells the IT staff which server reported the problem.   For example, if you see this error message I'll post below it would mean you have one or more corrupted cookies on your device.   (We've seen this one on the Q forums in the past.)   In that case, simply deleting the browser cookies/cache and relaunching the browser would probably clear up the problem:

Hi @shoptheQ are you still having difficulty accessing the website?

Re: Reporting Google Chromebook Website Problems

I was unable to answer your post earlier because I could not access.  As of 3:00 PM CST today site is working for me. I did have to sign in with password however.  I am ok with account status, program guide, shopping by category, make replies on forums, and place orders on line.  (This am I had to call CS to place order.)   So hopefully the problem is fixed.

I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Re: Reporting Google Chromebook Website Problems

dooBdoo - thank you so much for posting the error message I was getting.  I do not have any tech savy in my genes so this has been very frustrating.  I have been reading many of the suggestions for posting web problems and have learned a lot.

I agree with macduff who posted a suggestion for a tech support forum; I would find that helpful.
