They are always so helpful and have helped me with any issues with an order several times.

I hear you I have had the same problems and had to call customer service to help get my last 2 returns finally processed. Both times the returns were sitting in the returns process center for weeks. That is the last straw for me. I'm not ordering anymore from QVC. The quality is suffering and the refund process is not working for the customer.

Hi all, I saw "refunds not processing" and will tell my story. I purchased on HSN several skin cleansers recently. You all do realize QVC & HSN are the same parent company...Qurate Holdings or something. Their stock is not doing great since the merger. Just an aside. HSN billed me immediately and I did receive the items promptly. However, I returned them the following day as I had an allergic reaction. USPS using their return label. I was aware I would have to absorb $7.95 for return shipping and insurance, I wasn't pleased but I did get free shipping on inbound. After almost a month of calling, and attempting to track using QVC/HSN easy track returns...no information given about my returned items and NO credit card adjustment. In fact the option of "Easy Track Returns" on the website does not even work. Each time I called I spoke to a representative working at home who was nice enough, but I am guessing the company makes them lie. Anyway, long story short I became frustrated and called my banking institution (Chase Bank) and they immediately reversed the charges for me in total. HSN has verified they did receive my return, but I'm guessing company holds onto your money for as long as possible to reflect their revenues or whatever...Bad, dishonest and misleading companies in my opinion. I will never order from HSN, QVC or Zulilly again.

You know what jumps out at me re: your post?

What do you actually know about Qurate? Obviously not the other online retail sites they own besides HSN, Zulilly.
Better check them all out to be sure that you never shop on those sites either.

...I do know their parent company "Liberty Media" had revenue of US$8.040 billion in (2020), so Qurate (HSN & QVC) can surely process all returns in a timely manner~
