I sent a return over 2+ weeks ago with a few things in one box. Each item had its own return slip inside. I see only one of the items is marked as returned but I have not received the credit back on my account yet (that's not the problem). Where are the rest of the items that were in the same box and why am I still being charged easy pays on them? Shouldn't they all have been accounted for when you processed the one?
