Really QVC?!!! No customer service reps???

I received a wrong size on an order and need to return, but I have no Q return label included.  I immediately called the customer service phone number that is included on every order to learn that no live reps are answering calls and kept getting the automated options. Tried chat live but got "Chat live is busy" messages, what should I do here QVC?!!!  What is your email address?  

 

This was a mistake on your end not mine.  And I rarely return things, but lately I don't know what is going on with the fulfillment centers.  I am sorry but if Covid is the reason you shouldn't be selling at the rate you are while eliminating customer service.  I am very upset with this.

 

Again, I need a way to communicate with customer service, through email or phone.  Can't be having an item sitting in my house that I will not use.

@Love my grandkids Thank you.  Since I prefer to communicate by phone for things like these I did not know the address.  I truly appreciate the time you took to reply.

I emailed them this morning about an issue and they responded very quickly and took care of it.  I am thinking that customer service by email may be the way it is going to be from now on.

@glam_girl    I called CS about 1am MDT this morning and got someone within 5 min who was able to fix my problem.  How badly do you want to talk to someone?

I put the email in my contacts on my phone.  Unlike you I prefer to communicate via email that way there is a paper trail should I need one.  Just a habit from my work life.  Always get it in writing.
