First time it ever happened to me. A label to me at my address was stuck on the pkg but it should have gone to a person in Brooklyn. I can't reach CS by phone. I just want to make sure I send it back correctly. Do I just put the return label to QVC on it???

It's very rare for this to happen. It did happen to me once with QVC and once with HSN in the last 37 years.
I notified CS and it was very simple. They will give you directions and reorder your item you were to receive, if in stock. Don't send it back on your own.
If for any reason you can't get through to CS contact:

I think it's happened to me twice in the more than thirty years I have been shopping here. I agree that you definitely need to contact customer service before sending it back. The social team via email is your best bet.
My most recent mix-up involved me getting someone else's HSN order, and presumably, that HSN customer getting my QVC order!
Obviously both shipped from the same warehouse and the labels got mixed. Now that one took a while to straighten out as I was dealing with two companies.

I finally got thru to CS via phone. They put my label for an item on the other person's order. So now I have to wait to receive mine and they informed me that someone will contact me within 4-5 days as how to handle the other pkg.

This happened to me once, got a curt send it back from CS and the excuse that it was the warehouse's problem. I had to reorder my shoes again. A label to me but a packing slip for someone else. Packing slips help sometimes.

That happened to me a couple weeks ago. I called CS and they emailed me a free return label so it could be returned and sent to the correct person

@rms1954 - When this happened to me, I ended up reaching out to the social team because regular customer service was so confused.
They told me I definitely should not send the item back and then placed an order for the item I was supposed to get, which was fortunately still available. (The person who incorrectly received your order should receive the same instructions, so don't wait for your order to show up because it probably won't.) Good luck!

They told me the same thing, but my new order is already being shipped. I will wait to hear from them as how to handle the item I have.

This has happened to me before a couple times. Call cs first before you ship back. They sent me a new order right away and I returned the other item. Worked out fine. Do make sure you call first.
