I received a new IT Cosmetics that I ordered during the TSV day.  The address I received it from is "RM Returns, 100 QVC Boulevard, Rocky Mount, NC."  

Why am I receiving a new product from RM Returns and should I be concerned that the product has been used, returned, and/or opened by another customer?  It concerns me because these are cosmetics and using cosmetics that have been opened is not particularly safe.

Why in the world would you think the product has been used?   Many,  many of QVC products are shipped direct by the vendor which was probably the case here.   Don't be paranoid.   It sounds like they're using a return service in case you don't want it.

I received an order from QVC today of my Tarte blushes and at first I looked at the address and had no clue what I had ordered from RM Returns. I would love to know the mystery also @Beth-QVC. Here's my beef. All 4 of the blushes are very loose in the actual compact. It worries me. Just because something hasn't been swatches or new does not mean a thing.
