Good Morning -
Please beware when returning. I sent something back almost 3 weeks ago. I know sometimes it takes a while but...I called this morning to see if they received it and it has been received since JUNE 6th. She said OK we have had it since the 6th, I will give you your refund now. So if I hadn't called, I would have not gotten the refund. Seems a little shady to me.

I have recently experienced FAULTY TRACKING at both UPS and the USPS. I wouldn't blame this on the Q.

I returned something under three weeks ago, using my own label. I was notified about ten days later that my package had been received. I had the refund in my account over the weekend. I am sorry that you had a problem.

But @djohnson says she was told that it was received on June 6. Today is June 17. Why does it take that long to give a refund and why should any have to call to get a refund?
So many Posters here have said they had to call for their refund.

I had the exact same experience with a return. At the end of the call the customer service person told me to not use any label provided in the shipment. She said it is better to login and do the return from your qvc dot com account, using the label you print in the online return process. The returns I have done using the online printed label have been processed in a more timely manner.

that's crazy! then why ship a label that we are ulitmately paying for???
they really a more efficient return system! follow what Amazon does, i have never had a problem returning anything to them
i sent a return on June 7th, still not processed. i called to let them know & did the return on dot.com. but i did use their return label.
TOO DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING!!! GET A BETTER SYSTEM!!!

Just called to check on my return, used the automated system.
"please allow 17 calendar days for a return to be received"
not processed, received!
what in the heck takes 17 days in today's world.
they are behind the times to say the least.
