Can anyone tell me how exactly the return policy works as far as how much you have to pay to return an item? Is it $6.95 per package, or do you pay the shipping fee that you originally paid for the item? Also, if I use QVC's return label can I put as many items as I want in it (I bought a lot of Christmas decor) and only get charged one fee? Does the fee amount change at all? If I use my own label and pay for shipping can I put everything in a box and not be charged any return costs?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The original S&H you pay to have the item sent to you is nonrefundable. If you return an item that is defective and mark that as the reason for the reurn and use the Q return label, you will not be charged the return shipping. Most Q return labels have a $6.95 return cost, but some are more depending on the item purchased. If you return an item using your own method, you are not refunded that amount. People say you can use the QVC return label and put as many things in the box, if you note that there are more than one orders in the box and will not be charged for more than one return fee. HOWEVER, I don't do that for fear of something going wrong along the way. The same has been said about shipping things back by your own method, as long as what is returned is noted within the box.
I mainly buy clothing items, and still don't put more than one item in the original packaging and return using the Q label. I would rather keep things simple for myself, even if it not particularly cost effective for me. I'm sure others can provide more info.

Hi @fairybithia thank you for posting with us here in QVC Community Customer Care forum. I am very sorry that you have items that need to be returned. Our website has a Customer Service Q&A link with helpful information. This Customer Q&A link is located at the very bottom left of our home page. Here is a link to the returns Q&A to assist with this questions and others that you may have. https://www.qvc.com/content/information/customer-service.html?type=topic&tid=250700000001337

thanks for answering. QVC responded too and said to click on a link they provided. It only gets me to the bottom of the home page and doesn't direct me to the FAQ page. Figures. I guess I'll have a lot of boxes for USPS!
You are right keep it simple.
Have a great day!

I always put multiple items (of the same type, i.e. clothing in one box, etc.). I enclose the unused labels with my return form with each item and just use one label. Never had a problem.

I wish the Order Status feature would be updated more frequently than it is. Usually after I return an item I check online to see if it's been "Returned" but nothing is updated. I then wait a few more days, check again, and have to call only to be told "you were refunded today." If an item is received for a return (or exchange, etc.), the system should be updated to reflect that. That's what it's for, isn't it??

I agree, don't count on QVC to "figure out" what you've returned. I've plainly made requests even for exchanges, filled out the slip, put an additional note and still get the wrong thing resulted. Or, even not get an exchange that I expected. Keep your paperwork for awhile until you see the change on your account, AND call and make sure what you've sent back has been received. They get your return package way sooner than it gets reflected on your online account. Multiple returned items: don't count on them to for sure get your items figured out, and they will charge you extra for each item. If you look at the tracking of the packages, there are many stops that packages take to get to you, so QVC has to make up those expenses some how. That's why the time, the cost, and the quality just doesn't add up for me anymore. Which is sad because I enjoyed ordering and the convenience, but I feel the prices of, say, just a shirt from Kim Gravel alone, is exorbanant.
