Just a heads-up -- thought I'd pass along to you that QVC is experiencing a glitch in their return system.  I was not able to print a return label.  Customer Service said they're having some difficulties now and gladly extended my return deadline.  They suggested I try going back online to start a return in a day or so.

@BarbiHollywood    This is not news and has been going on for several months.  The "glitch" appears to be permanent and new company policy.

Oh great! Also a problem in their billing/finance dept.  just terrific. Way to go QVC!!

yeah....no kidding QVC  I'm personally experiencing the problem with the finance problem...problem with my easy pays....grrrrr  so frustrating

Also, has anyone else noticed that they are failing to sending the packing slip/return label very often now?  I had a defective return on an item with no return shipping label included-tried to go on line and print the label & I received a message "image not available now".  WHAT!??  Had an on line chat with Roxana & asked her to email me or send me a shipping label.  Her response was that QVC no longer does that & to return it on my own.  wow....

 

I guess this is the norm now. They should stop bragging about their return policy during on-air presentations...

Recd two tops for me (just different colors), same order number, same shipping day, same shipping method, recd same day in different bags.  Both did not have return labels.  I ordered same top the same day for my sis and that had a return label!  Go figure!  CS did send me a return label via email but that one did not include the portion where you enter why u are returning it and how you wanted to be credited.  Seems customers who have to return products are being penalized for not keeping product.

@linky1953  I hoped a return label would be included in the order I need to return but there isn't one.  (I bought a nice pair of beachy kind of pants from Belle by Kim Gravel that shrunk after one wash; back they're going.)  To save myself time and energy and gas driving to the post office to probably save about 50 cents on the shipping, I'm okay with using the $6.95 label.  Can't print one online.  Great that they've extended my return deadline, but I sure would like to get rid of the package already.  I keep checking the site, nothing seems to be fixed yet.  Not the end of the world by any means, just frustrating.

I'm so surprised that The Q hasn't been able to resolve such a huge issue with their system.  It's been days (that I know of), not sure truly how long the issue of not being able to print return labels has been going on.  Can't wait to get the package ready to go.

I'm finding the same kind of problems with HSN.  Missing return labels/blurred labels and also delayed returns.  I sent back 3 items last month (I rarely do).  Physically calling I got one return back, still waiting for other 2.  I always go to Post Office or UPS so I can get my receipt with the tracking number on but still having problems.  It's definitely making me think twice about placing orders.

@Flopsy   I'm tired of checking the Q site hoping to find that they've fixed the issue with the return label.  In my opinion, this issue has gone on waaaay too long for a company of this size and volume.  I'll take my package to the PO or UPS today so I can get rid of it already.  Too bad it's already on my credit card which I'll have to pay in full and wait to see the refund.  Grrrrrr.  I haven't noticed, but has Q posted any sort of notice anywhere alerting customers to the fact that they have this technical glitch happening???  Does anyone know?
