Why is it taking so long for returns to be credited to your account?

I'm having the same issue.  Plus, it's taking forever for exchanges.

I wish they did exchanges like HSN. If you need a different size,color etc. there's an exchaThe order goes out immediately & you have 15 days to get the return in the mail. That way you know if you can exchange it or send for refund. You have 30 days & you can watch to see if someone may have done a return.

Thank you for posting the e mail address.  I have a return, (The Tweaked by Nature special value in July) that has been sitting at the return center in Rocky Mount, N. C. since August 4th.  

 

I've already made two payments on it. It was on easy pay. 

 

I simply do not understand how there could be such a delay.

Just as an FYI.  I contacted the QVC email address that is shown below.  The problem was cleared up almost immediately.
