I have sent 3 emails to, per QVC S9ial Team, You can do this by sending an email to QVC EasyReturns@qvc.com.  I hace yet to receive a response.  How can I get someone to let me know the status of my refund which the return was received back at QVC on 13 July 2023?

@Slatinte Do you really expect your fellow customers here to be able to answer your question?  Returns are slow to process and issue refunds.you have to wait your turn.

Just call CS if you are not getting a response to your emails.

 

They will probably just help you on the spot.

 

 

If the tracking shows it was received back on the 13th, they will go ahead and credit you.

The return department is always behind.

@Slatinte  You might want to check any written submissions for grammar and spelling. Your post here is ambiguous.

@Kachina624 :  Why do you have to be so rude and condescending?  I  have called you out for this behavior before.  If you can't be nice and respectful, how about you just say nothing at all?  Do you ever stop and think how you make others feel by responding the way you do?

If the OPs refund has been the reason behind the posts about FB, etc in the past few days, then yes absolutely call CS and ask.

@JKLSCH.   A few things I'll point out.

 

1. You are not the board police and it's not your job to reprimand other posters.  If you don't like someone's response, pass it by.

 

2.  Your definition of rude and condescending differs from that of most people.

 

3.  Perhaps it would be best for you to mind your own business and have faith that there's a reason for what said here.

I call CS and give them the tracking info.  They can see its been returned and issue your refund right then.  Just keep in mind it may take a couple days to go through the processing with your bank.
