So, My Package was still stuck on "Label Created" And as I said before it was supposed to be delivered today. I contacted Customer Support and they got a replacement sent out and told me to send back one of the Ps5s. 

 


A replacement item is on its way for delivery on or about 03/01. Should you receive your original shipment, please return the item to QVC following our return instructions noted on your packing slip.  If you wish to keep both items, please call Customer Service at 800-367-9444 from 7am to 1am ET to arrange for billing."

 

 

I just want to double check on this but: Does it mean they want me to send the original one back and wait for the second one to come in? Or did they want me to send the replacement back once that comes in? I seriously have no clue.

Use the one you get first; send the other back if and when it comes.  It doesn't matter which one you return but if you get two, they want one back.

@DanSOwatonna This comment would mean that if the original & replacement both eventually get delivered one must be returned.
