When is the QVC social team going to answer my questions.  I have emailed three times?

I'm sorry QVC has become frustrating!  It is not pleasureable to shop here anymore.

 

Today I needed CS and there was a 15 minute wait...........oh nooooooooooo ,not for me.

 

I cancelled my order and will try not to shop here as much!

 

This happens wayyyy  too often!

 

Not to mention the time it takes to load up items..........Smiley Sad

I SO agree!

 

All of these website changes they keep making has made it so much more frustrating to even shop here!

 

Product pages take forever to load, so half the time I lose interest and decide not to bother ordering.

 

Add to that the usual issue that you can't cancel within an hour (or minutes), yet the item sits 'in process' for at least 3 days before it even ships.

 

I do hope @flbettyboop gets a response and an answer to her problem.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
