Was watching LOGO presentation this pm and was going to order a top (A-265602) The size shown during the presentation was not the same as when I went to the item # and used "click here for garmet measurements". Having never ordered her clothing and not knowing how it would fit, I ended up not ordering. Although the sizes were not that far off, did not want the hassle of receiving & having to return/exchange hassle. So which chart should a consumer use??

I would absolutely use the "click here" sizing. I have been a customer for 30 years and Since they came out with the click here sizing , it has been a god send. The QVC chart is way to general. I love the "click here" sizing because it not only gives the chest measurement but also the waist and arm muscle measurement. That alone is a wow! "Click here" is such a great help, because not all manufacturers are across the board in the way the produce.
I have everything from Mediums to 2x. Go figure
