Question on free exchanges/bracelet

I just received a bracelet from silver day and i think i need a size smaller. Do i have to pay to return for an exchange? I don't understand the free exchanges regarding the return. Thanks for the help.

@plc123 - Typically, bracelets all have the same item number when varying sizes are offered, but that is not always the case. If your bracelet has multiple sizes listed under the same item number, you will be able to do a free exchange—just return the original bracelet using the Q return shipping label, marking the return packing slip as "Exchange" and noting the size you want to receive. If the bracelet sizes are sold using different item numbers, you will not be able to do a free exchange.

NOTE: The exchange process is very, very slow. If you have any concern that the size you want may sell out, you might want to just purchase the new bracelet and absorb the shipping costs to make sure you get your bracelet.

Thank you. I just looked and they are 2 different numbers. Bummer. Now i have to decide if i should keep it or not. Thanks again.
