Question on Fulfillment Procedure

I ordered the tank tops that matched the IM Cardigans at midnight when they were first introduced.  Now I see that black, white, and blue thistle are on back order. 

 

How are the orders fulfilled?  It would seem to me that an order placed at midnight would be among the first orders shipped.  It is just ludicrous that my order, placed at midnight, would now be on back-order.

Hi @Peggy, I am so sorry that happened. I checked the order and it looks as though your order states item in process of shipping and it may be moving through the process again. Keep an eye on it and if it goes back into Backorder we can reach out to the warehouse.
