Question for Moderators - PTR

Hi, I thought one of you might be able to answer this question.  I recently ordered A284887 (PTR).  The three items I got all have a label stuck on them "Not For Resale".  None of the three were sealed; just placed in plastic bubble wrap.

 

I've never received a new item like this before and at over $100 for the order, I'd like to know why they were labeled like that.  I've only ever seen that on samples or promotional items.  I have another A/D item from the PTR line and nothing ever arrives like that!  Were these left over from some other show?

 

What gives?

@Venezia I did some digging and found some information that may clear up some concerns for you.

 

The "Not for Resale" may be because they came in to us  in mass quantities and not boxed.    As for the protective seals, the info I found says the use of protective seals on beauty products is voluntary at this time.
