If you purchase something from QVC and it was free shipping, and you decided to return it, should you be charged for return shipping if there was no indication what the return shipping would be on the invoice?

Hi Ciaobell.  Since the item was free shipping to you there will be no deduction for the original shipping cost. If you decide to use the return label there is a cost for that which is on the return label. I hope this is helpful.
