I recently placed an order for a Joan Rivers blouse. What I received is a Stan Herman nightgown that is not even in my size! This is so very inconvenient. I now need to reorder the blouse, return the nightgown, and wait for the financials involved to be made right again!
The receips that was included in the package was illegible. Not only that, it bore no identifying details, i.e., order number, customer number, item number. I sure hope they don't charge me for the return shipping!
