Ive sent 3 emails in the last 5 days, none have been responded.to. I cant order anything until you answer me. I realize its a busy time of the year but its ridiculous.

@OkDJ, just a suggestion but have you checked your trash folder? I'm often surprised when waiting for an email response that it could be found in trash.

@OkDJ. The social team seems to be having problems. I'd call CS, of which they are a part.

@OkDJ - Did you send your email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com? I've received replies from the Social Team within 24 hours after sending emails to them twice in the past two weeks, so I just thought I'd check.

Interesting...this is the email address I used just yesterday & got a response back from almost immediately: Social.Team@qvc.com

@Zoe - That email address is the "reply address" for the Social Team; the system encodes it into email messages from customers that have been assigned to a member of the Social Team for handling, so you'll see it when they send a message to you. However, the moderators (aka the Social Team) have noted multiple times that there is a chance that messages sent to the email address you've listed could be missed because the system may interpret them as already being handled, which can lead to them never being recognized as new requests and thus never being assigned for action. I know they try to watch for all new messages, but they always instruct customers to use QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com for the quickest and best service.

When I have a order issue I call CS and get a live person on the phone. I don't send emails. You might have to wait on hold for a few minutes but I wait and I get my concern addressed and resolved. I haven't had a bundle of problems over the many many years shopping on QVC but when I have I call the CS dept. Just sayin.

That's interesting. I've used that Social.Team email addy for the last 17 or so email exchanges I've started with them and have only had one or two hiccups, if that.
Well, everyone can choose to reach out however they prefer -- whichever email addy or phone. Good luck all!

I also have used that email address exclusively since the Mods came on the scene a long time ago and have never had an issue getting a prompt reply either.
I guess the OP should try both.
