Hello
I cant get a human being because either I am hung up before I am in the queue or I cant even get into the queue to wait. This is incredibly annoying since its been happening all week!!
 
I have updated my phone number and 4 digit pin twice yet when I go through automated ordering it tells me the numbers arent recognized
 
I cant speak to someone regarding easy pay orders. I paid them on 4/29 and they still show not paid.
 
I click on a specific order to pay it then  the next page I get is a list of the clothes assigned to the order not a place to pay.
 
I do not know why QVC makes it so frustrating to update account information and pay my EZ Pay
 
can someone PLEASE assist me with this

Hi Kim. I sent a message regarding the wrong order that I received on May 1st with my order numbers   You replied that you would look into it and directly E-Mail me. So far I haven't heard back from you. I finally reached a customer service rep on the First and explained my situation. She told me that I would  receive my correct items on Monday May 4th which I didn't know how she was going to do that unless she was going to overnight  them but as I thought.....I didn't receive them.  Could you please follow up on this for me.

on 4-10-20 I returned  6519177247 - wrong size was sent-your confirmation received 4/30 but no refunds. I kept being charged. Finally talked to representative and a refund was made, but last charge of $9.50 was not refunded. your rep said it would drop off but it hasnt. Hope this an be cleared up.Account XXXX-3735. Because of wrong size I was told full refund would be made and it was noted on return slip.
