Help, please. My LaCreuset Cassadou went from "In Stock" to "Advance Order", and after 2  weeks to"preparing for shipment." This is crazy. Is there any way that this can be CANCELLED? Customer Service said that they couldn't cancel..I suggested that they contact shipping to see if this could be cancelled. Customer Service said that they would make a note in the system that IF this couldn't be cancelled I wouldn't be charged for return shipping. Please help. Thanks.

Hello, Kim just sent you an email.I am sorry but we have been advised that this order has shipped and we are waiting for the system to update. Once received, if you do not wish to keep it, just let us know and we will ensure you are not charged for the return.

I need your assistance once again with a returned order. I shipped the TSV Patricia Nash bag back on March 15th. It still is sitting in Indiana as of today. Could you possible check on this? The order #  ends in 316
