I want to thank QVC for their act of kindness. A gift I ordered was out of stock by the time they were supposed to ship it to me. I received a message of apology from them and included was a gift of the similar order and also a future credit for a purchase. I was overwhelmed with surprise and joy. I have never heard of a company doing something that nice and generous. I love QVC and their products but their customer service is amazing. Thank you for your Holiday Kindness.

@jf1212, this is your first post and I want to not only welcome you, but also thank you for posting something positive about QVC,  I am so happy that they took the time to contact you and to make sure that you were a satisfied customer.  

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I've never heard of QVC doing such a thing.

@Kachina624 - I'm guessing the order referenced here was for the Harry London nutcracker sets; there were some major issues with order fulfillment, and HL and QVC worked together to find a good solution for all the customers who ordered them. You can read about it in another thread here in the Customer Care forum. I thought it was a true "above and beyond" illustration of putting the customer first...
