Website vs app on a small mobile device:

 

  •  pages load much faster using the QVC app., and the app is designed to be easy to view/read/navigate. It is.

 

  • pages are unbelievably draggy-slo to load on QVC.com in 'full' view.  Pages load quickly on QVC.com in the 'mobile' view, but tougher to read and far more frustrating to use than the app.

 

  • I use the quick 'n' easy QVC app to check program guide, go through my account, keep up with tracking a package, checking all 3 channels in just seconds, reading/writing reviews and making purchases. I can zip - zip - zip from one thing to the next very quickly .

 

  • I use the harder to read/draggy-slo QVC.com to participate in these forums. It's the only way.

 

I use both QVC app and QVC.com on my smartfone daily, and switch from one to another, depending on what I require.

That way I can stop and quickly check something using the app before I go ahead and write it in a post. 

Personally, since I'm navigating and viewing on a 5" phone screen, I much prefer the nimble QVC app. 

The website seems very clunky and unattractive to me.
