Yesterday I ordered several items. They never showed up on my order status. I called QVC they reset my account they said so I could see my orders. No orders showed up! I even ordered something else to see if it would show up. It didn’t! I called again and the same reset my account and password. Nothing! Today just a few minutes ago they all showed up in process! This is BS!! I think they are doing this on purpose so you can’t change your mind and cancel any orders! I’m so ******!

The same thing happened to me. I placed an order this morning, and it just showed up a few minutes ago

@Jewely  I am very sorry for the concern, it was a systems issue that we reported early this morning, most customers seem to have access to the missing orders now, if not it should be soon.   

 

As most know we have had many system issues recently, most are due to upgrades and updates to CS Servers. We do all we can to limit any impact to customers & Accounts.

Even if they DID show up, the majority of the time you can NOT cancel orders w/ QVC anyways.

All of my orders have shown up just fine, and no, I can't can't cancel them even if I wanted to do so.

I have had that happen in the past as well.  QVC seems to have a lot of on going IT issues.

I have one order that has been "in process" since 6/6 and the "cancel order" option is there (although I haven't tried). My "preparing your order" orders do not have the cancel option. Have you clicked on each order to see if the "cancel order" option is there?
