i have been out a good part of the day and was hoping to review the shows.  well, i guess not.  item numbers, videos, etc.  are important to have at the ready when you are considering purchase.  i was hoping to get some holiday shopping done but can't sit and watch every minute.

Kudos to them for the timely fix... NOT... The main event of the day is almost over and still, hours and hours later, the website is still not able to produce the day's offerings for potential CUSTOMERS to consider... You know, this is truly ridiculous... A major retail entity worth billions and this hot mess was as good as they could manage...?

The Q has let their customers down with this. I checked Items Recently on Air, and there were 4 or 5 items displayed....nothing else. I do not watch live shows - prefer to check recent items on video once or twice during the day. So, as of 5:00 p.m. when I last checked, there are no items to view from throughout the day. It's probably just as well - I can find silver jewelry for gifts elsewhere at a B&M and not pay shipping.

One idea for checking out things from the silver sale today: Click the "New" menu and skim through to find items you might be interested in from a first look. If the item has been presented today, there will be a video for it. This is obviously a cumbersome way to browse the sale, but in a way, it could be helpful because you're not relying on the Q to break things out into specific shows for you (and today, every show had the exact same theme anyway)—you're picking what you want to find out more about and following that lead.

I haven't watched, I almost never do... Maybe if they didn't make watching so onerous more people would and not be so impacted by their awful web presence. Does anyone know, have they even mentioned the site problems on the air? Somehow I doubt it. Being in denial seems to be their thing.

I, too, was out most of the day and was looking forward to seeing the "Items Recently On Air" to see the featured items, watch videos and all. When it's too difficult to shop, I just don't.

I wonder if QVC will extend the silver sale prices into the weekend due to the website problems since it takes us so long to search around to see what was offered.

I browse the recently on air items instead of watching TV so I’m also disappointed with these new changes.
