What the heck?  Why is Easy Pay set as default?  I tried to email my displeasure with this setting and was unable to send the email.  What is going on with customer service at QVC?  They are becoming unreachable like some other big companies.

Why does QVC not list where products are made?  'Importet' does not cut it for me.  I want to know where stuff is made.  In clothing it makes a big difference in sizing and in jewelry it affects quality.

Country of origin makes no difference in quality or sizing of QVC garments.  Haven't noticed any difference in jewelry either.

It's exceedingly simply to change the Easy Pay option to non-Easy Pay.  It's also very easy to pay off Easy Pays in one fell swoop.  Why is it the default?  Because it's the most popular option.

could someone direct me to how to turn off easy-pay.  I have just spent 15 minutes going through my settings account preferences, payment preferences...   nothing not even that easy pay is turned on.   WTF

@sandraJ    You can't turn it off but if you click "edit", you'll get the option of just doing one payment.  You have to do it with every purchase.

The way some people act, it's an insurmountable task.

@sandraJ

I hate that too. It should NEVER default to easy pay.imo!

to avoid  "easy pay" you need to NOT SPEED BUY........lol

Whether you shop by phone or online ,you need to do it the LONG way ,step by step,  DO NOT SPEED BUY...  and when it askes you.(sometimes twice) if you want easy pay say NO!

@MalteseMomma    You can use speed buy online.  When you get to payment, click edit to do one payment.  Very simple.

People keep asking why is Easy Pay set as default. I don´t understand why it´s so difficult to change it. There are two opportunities to do so. The last one is just before you hit ¨Place Order¨.

If Easy Pay was not the default payment and someone needs something for say $125 and didn´t pay attention and hit ¨Place Order¨ and the entire amount is billed. They might be stucked because CS might not be able to change it.

If it goes throught as Easy Pay, it´s so easy to go in and click on Pay Balance after the payments are set up.
