Right now I am ticked off at QVC. This month I was due to have the Josie Maran Decadent package delivered. Since I was going to be gone during the scheduled delivery, I changed it to when I knew I would be home. Yesterday I get an email from QVC thanking me for my order, supposedly made yesterday. So, I logged onto my account and noticed someone had changed the delivery date of the Josie package WITHOUT notifying me! Well, I called CS and told them of this situation. The male rep. assured me this had been corrected. Additionally, my credit card wouldn't be charged until next Monday, when the package would go out (as I originally scheduled it). Well, today I get UPS notification that I've got a package from QVC scheduled to be delivered this week. Well, I know what it is since I've not placed any orders--the JM AD Decadent package. So, I called QVC CS again, explaining what's happened. They tell me it indeed has been shipped, and the only thing I can do is call UPS myself and get the package delayed. Being a redhead, I said, "No, QVC should make that call since they're the ones who messed this up!" Then I said nevermind--that I would contact a neighbor to pick it up, thereby cutting QVC out of the equation since all they've done is messed this up. First, they change the date of an AD shipment after I've gone into my account to change the date to ensure I would be home and not have a package at my doorstep for a few days while I'm not there. Secondly, they didn't notify me they had been into my account and adjusted this date. Thirdly, they lied after assuring me this situation has been resolved. Fourthly, they expect me to correct an error THEY MADE. The reason why I'm ventilating is for one reason: to notify the powers that be of this poor service and then lying to cover it up. Perhaps something will get done. But I'm not holding my breath.

I am so sorry that we messed up the release date of your Josie Maran auto delivery shipment. If you would please send me an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com I would like to discuss this further.
