Is there a tech problem with the web site?
I'm having a problem making a purcahse via Q's web site?
I'm wondering if it's a QVC issue or it's something with my computer.

Just a short time ago it took over 15 minutes for my 'live chat' to start! No message that there was a delay, etc- I thought it was completely out of commission. ![]()

I attempted to do a Live Chat as well, and had no response.

What type of problem are you having?????
Using a Mac or PC?
Which OS are you using - comp?
Which browser & version are you using?
Have you tried switching browsers?
Tried restarting your comp and/or browser?

Hi @Lyttlewyng I am so sorry you are having difficulty with the website. I have reported ti to our IT department. In the meantime please try clearing your cookies and changing browsers. That may help.

@LyttlewyngCoincidence - or not?? After 15 minutes, I typed in the 'live chat' window 'I'm going to contact Corporate'. They came on within 30 seconds then!

I did go through another browser to finalize my transaction and it worked.
Typically, I use Firefox but for some reason, the buttons are not working to move forward while attempting to make a purchase. Item showed in my cart but could not move forward. Switching browsers helped. I will clear cookies in Firefox and see if that helps.

I'm using a pc, as mentioned I use Firefox and AOL for back up.
It could be an issue with Firefox but I have not checked into that yet. It's on my to do list.

Something’s going on since yesterday. I think they’re fiddling again. I have difficulty signing in and posting. Clearing cache and cookies makes NO difference. For one thing, I keep getting messages that I’m not connected to the internet (on all three browsers I have), yet on all three browsers, all other sites are working perfectly, no connection issues, speed fine. It’s just this site, on any browser.
I don’t even bother to mention it any more when things like this happen. It’s just same old.

I use Safari on my MacBook Pro and have had zero problems with the Q website today, FWIW. I even placed an order without problem.
