I received a QVC coupon for 20 or 25% off a single purchase. Immediately after placing the order, I realized I ordered the wrong color. So I quick got back into the order and edited the color. The system accepted my color change, but I lost the discount. The T&C's for this offer states coupon code "cannot be reused for cancelled or returned orders". This transaction was neither. My order number stayed the same. I had to then cancel that order because of the higher price.
Is there any way to recoup this code to use toward the purchase of something else? This offer ends 9/14. Doesn't seem right to lose a nice (and rare) offer from QVC simply because you cancelled an item, especially for the reason I had to do so!

@Derwin28 Just call CS and explain...the rep will reapply the discount to your new order.

@Derwin28 - In the past I've had the same thing happen, when trying to edit an order. (I haven't had any coupons like that in ages, so it was some time ago.)
You can call CS, as suggested, or email the Social Team and ask them to replace the order for you with the discount, hopefully before the item you want sells out.

Also got a coupon this week and used it on the Sun Joe leaf blower. Than came to the forum and saw a poster saying it was a 5 hour charge for 12 minutes of power. Immediately cancelled. Went to place an order today to use the coupon on something different. It totally stopped the order.
Tried to chat, called and waited for 5 minutes for help, she couldn't help and sent me to CS again waited 8 more minutes and hung up. That being said just not going to place that order.

@hopi If you cancel an order in which you used a coupon code, it cancels out the code. "Cannot be reused for cancelled or returned orders." Unfortunately, there are lots of conditions to these "perks." 😔

It just shows you the difference in how retailers handle the perks they offer their customers.
I shop a lot with Kohl's. If I place an order using my Kohl's Cash and then decide that the item isn't right for me, I get my Kohl's Cash back, with a full month to use it.
If I get a discount code I can use it on multiple orders or in-store purchases and, being an MVC, I often get 40% off. There are brands the discount can't be used on but it applies to what I buy most. I also get free shipping, no minimum, at least once a month.
I think things like that are why the "perks" offered by QVC aren't worth much. I finally received the free shipping code (first time in ages!) from QVC, for up to four fashion purchases. But given the prices of things and the long list of exclusions, I'd be saving what? $3.50? Not enough of an incentive for me.

@Derwin28. Everytime I've ever edited an order, with or without a discount code, a disclaimer has come on the screen warning me that changing anything may have some unfavorable repercussions. No, there's nothing you can do.

Update...need to be transparent , called Q baclon Monday had to wait 5 minutes but the CS rep placed the order and gave me the $10 off the item.
