@Kachina624 - I even sent a followup email to that CS rep to explain the price difference (as she had it wrong).
No response at all. Now that's really poor customer service.
It was only a week or so ago so, yep, maybe we did get the same one!

I feel as though customer service at QVC seems to have taken a nosedive. It takes much longer to even reach an operator and then they don't seem to have the knowledge base they once did. I don't know if they have reduced staffing or what, but it is very noticeable. This is a company that once prided itself on excellent customer service - what happened??

@Sapphiregal - Be sure you are sending the message to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. When the team replies, the message typically comes from social.team@qvc.com, but they told me once that the initial routing for service should go through the address that begins with "QVC" because that is how the system recognizes it as a new request and knows to assign it to an agent for resolution. If you send the message to the address that starts with "social," there is a chance a response will be delayed because the system may think the message is tied to a previous ticket that a specific agent will be watching for to respond (and that is not the case).
FWIW, I have sent the team two requests in the past two weeks and received prompt replies both times. Good luck with your request! ![]()

try using fb messenger for issues OR the chat live feature on the homepage. i have always received great customer service from messenger, chat live, and the email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.
