I've emailed them twice in the last few weeks with a question and received no response.  Have they changed their email address?  

 

I was asking when Josie Maran's super size body butter would be back in stock.

@Liabeth.  There are many questions the social team just can't answer.  The buyers possibly don't even know but they should acknowledge your question.  Their duties are more CS related.

It's up to you to monitor the schedule.

 

It doesn't sound like something the mods could answer. If I was a mod, I'm not sure I'd bother to answer a scheduling question.
