I first posted a problem on this site on 7/11/20.  I ordered a bracelet for my niece on 6/26 to be delivered on 7/11.  I kept checking the order status, but it only showed the item was shipped by US mail; No Tracking Information available.  The “tracking number” listed was not a valid US mail number.  

On 7/11/20 Barbara from Customer Service sent another bracelet.  The tracking information on the second bracelet is the same as the first.  Has the second bracelet shipped.  I have ordered many, many items over the last 30 years and have never seen anything like this. I have never seen such a strange looking order status screen.

The first package was lost (as it did not have any scans) and Barbara sent a no cost replacement which states it was delivered on 7/15 to your niece's address.
