QVC Social Team Need Help please

  I ordered the Kansas City Steak medallions which were Shipped 2 day delivery on February 10th and supposed to be delivered Friday, February 12,th.,  They did not arrive and are now scheduled to be delivered on Monday, February 15tn,  I do not want to accept meat that has been sitting in the shipping container for 5 days.  Can a new order be shipped please<  Barbara
