QVC Shipping strikes again?

@Barbara-QVC- I'm having an issue with another order.  Item A276704 (Quacker Factory top).  I ordered two of these on 9/5.  The red one shipped on the 8th and I received that a few days later.

 

The black one says "shipped" on the 9th, but only shows the initial message.  No more tracking information and it's now the 14th and I haven't received the item.  And, of course, it's sold out in my size!

 

This is exactly what happened with the Spearhead Garden Spade that you checked on for me.  Same message; no product ever shipped.

 

What is going on with QVC's shipping department lately?  Can you please look into this for me?  I waited until tonight in hopes the top would miraculously appear in my mailbox.  No such luck.  I've been charged; I either want my top in the size I ordered or an immediate refund.  I am beyond fed up.

 

(ETA:  And why on earth did they ship them separately anyway?  Same top, same order, only a different color!)

I had shipping problems because 2 items were delayed by weather conditions on the east coast.  They are also 2 items that can't be cancelled.  SO they are coming later and I have to ship them back.  They will refund shipping, but I still have to mess with shipping them back.

 

It is my understanding that at least some or most things SHIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER cannot be cancelled after you place the order.  Can't be cancelled at any time after the order.  That was news to me.  So buyer beware.

@Sooner- There's definitely something going wrong in the shipping department at QVC.  These two tops were the same QF item, only in two different colors, placed in the same order.  There's no excuse for one to be shipped but the other to end up in "never, never land".  It never even shipped, despite the order saying it was.  Same as a previous order - tracking just saying the billing information was sent to the shipping facility.  Well, clearly that isn't the same as "shipped"!

 

Twice in the space of a month?  I'm just tired of this nonsense.  Like many others, I've been shopping with QVC for over 20 years and these kinds of things used to be extremely rare.  And I don't see QVC doing anything about it.  And now they own HSN?  No thanks.  I'll put up with a lot, but enough is enough.

I agree @Venezia....I order Quacker Factory alot and they were always in the same bag......even different styles.

 

I recently purchased 2 tops...different styles and they were shipped in separate bags....but I did receive them on the same day.

 

Barbara is awesome....I am sure she can help you....hopefully these shipping glitches are solved by Christmas.

@Nataliesgramma- Thanks, but the item is sold out in my size and I'm not prepared to go on waitlist (and likely still never end up with it or get someone's return).  I've just ended up with a refund. I was so irritated that I cancelled two other orders I had on waitlist.  I'm not ordering until they get the mess their shipping department is in sorted out.

 

ETA:  And what's really irritating is that on both of my orders, the item I wanted was still there at least a week after mine said it had shipped.  But by the time it was obvious it hadn't been shipped, the items were sold out.  So others got the items I wanted, because they ordered after me?  I always pay by CC so there was no delay in payment either.  Smiley Mad

I have had the same experience twice. Customer Service says they will look into the problem but does nothing. They tell you to wait7nto 10 days in hopes it will show up and if not they issue s refund. No effort on their part. Do anyone at QVC  ever check deliveries. You would think in the days of computers, a simple program could be written to check if a shipping status has not changed in several days, there may be a problem.

Don't believe Customer Service when they say they will look into shipping problem they will just look at the same tracking status we see. They will tell You to wait 7 days and if it doesn't shoe up they will issue refund. We are too insignificant for any further action. Too bad if it was a tsv with great value to you. They don't care.
