A week or so ago, I was forced to sign in to the site.  After I did, although I picked the same nickname, ALL my wishlist and ALL my previous orders and EZ pays have disappeared, along with ALL my recent orders.

 

I find this frustrating, annoying and beyond understanding.  There's an item I am returning, for instance, but there is no order listed for it -- and no method of payment.

 

I want also to check the availability of a jacket I purchased (my daughter would like one) again, I cannot find the order.

 

The Q is fast losing customers because of glitches and regulations that cover things like this.

This is what I found:

 

To change your information on file (e.g., name, bill-to address), go to My Account, then select the category of information you wish to change.

You can also change your information by calling Customer Service at 888-345-5788.

QVC Social team....help....I recently returned two pairs of Italian go,s earrings, one white gold, one yellow gold....Ireturned them because my ears had an a.lergic reaction to what was probsbly mixed in with the gold. I keep getting a run around on the refu d(s) to ,e credit card. HELP.

Email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com.  Give them your order number, tracking number and total amount of orders. I hope this helps you.  Tell them you have been waiting for your refund.
