Can you check for me this return.  It was VPH kaliespdscope tree that was defective.

I went to PO today with this info, the clerk there is no way that box is sitting there.  Plus, she stated it starts at PO but is transferred to another shipper.  Before I go back (with my return receipt) can you check if has been received by QVC.

Go down to the home page and scroll until you see the customer service link, and send this message there.  I think you will get better result.

@homedecor1 - You can also try entering your tracking number on the site of the return shipping agent QVC uses to see if the package has actually left the post office or if more detail is available:

Thank you!  Perhaps this was the shipper my postal clerk was referring to.  I know the ladies quite well at this PO.

I checked the returns sent from my local UPS store & they seem to be already in NC processing center.

I will certainly check this site out.  Thanks again!!!

I find calling cs gets a quicker answer.
