I ordered 3 Susan Graver items, they charge 3.50 shipping for each item, then ship it in 1 cheap package. $10.50 for shipping is ridiculous after spending $145.00.  Every other clothing outlet gives free shipping after spending a cerain amount,  This is what keeps me from shopping at the q more

It's cruddy to charge shipping for each item then ship them all in one package.

It is ridiculous. Like the D&C active pants offer "buy more than 1 and get $3 off" -- still charge $3.50 shipping on EACH pair.  I just ordered from LLBean a navy/white stripe 3/4 zip mock neck top ($39.95) on sale for $24.95 but with addional 25% off. Added a coupon I had so my grand total was UNDER $10 and free shipping.  Now that's a sale.

At most sites you get free shipping after a certain amount, say $100 although the amount is often lower.  It wouldn't kill Q to offer this but they just refuse to do it.

i have had it.  After years of purchasing from QVC this next year I will be doing business with Amazon. I am sick to death of watching my items  “in process“ for days on end and then get handed off to UPS, who hands it off to USPS, and the package goes from one place to another for days on end.

Sorry QVC but Amazon is the competition and your shipping needs to get better and faster. It appears you are shipping to keep your costs down, but you are not satisfying the customer.

I expect my shipper to combine items to save me shipping cost not to make money for you. QVC used to combine shipping but they saw a moneymaking venture and couldn’t resist.

it's 1980's thinking in a 2019 world

free shipping over 50$ or over 75$ on a day like today where it's fashion all day would be smart thinking

I'm confused why people keep complaining about shipping costs and still shop at the Q.  There are so many other options with quality equal to or better than what the Q offers and free shipping.  Turn off the TV and shop elsewhere.

Evine has been doing bundle shipping saturday mornings on the fashion shows.  You pay one price and the rest is free shipping.

I've never bought much of Susan Graver; but the few pieces I have - have been disgusted with the packaging and handling.  On the show each item is revered and treated so special.......but I buy it and own it.....and the item is just thrown in a plastic bread type bag and then a shipping bag.   Never see that with Louis!
