QVC Label Printers need to be fixed!

I have been receiving return labels with order receipts that are only partially printed. I rarely return anything, but did recently. There was a wide stripe of missing ink... rendering the barcodes almost useless. I just received another one today. Please fix the printers.

The printers needed to be fixed years ago. But QVC won't. They are cheap, cheap, cheap.

@AutumnBlonde Are you aware that many packages are going out with no invoice or return label? This seems to be the trend with online merchants and QVC is falling into step so I doubt they'll be investing money into printers.

Just look at Amazon. They've never sent invoices as far as I know.

@Kachina624 Lots of retailers ship products without return slips. I have noticed that for years. I don't understand why so many people are up in arms with QVC. I can go to a store to make a purchase and have a receipt emailed or texted instead of printed out.

People also fail to realize that many products are shipped directly from the vendor and not a QVC warehouse as well.

Yes, many places don't send invoices and return labels but you can go online to their website and print it should you need it. You can't print one from QVC and haven't been able in months. That is what is frustrating people.

I have no problems printing a QVC return label...just did it yesterday and have always been able to do so.

Me too @Pecky -- I'm not able to print a return label, and my item arrived with no paperwork. I go through the steps to return online, but the system doesn't allow me to print the label. I've contacted customer service and they told me to use a label from another package so that's what I'm gonna do. I'll write in the correct order/item number and hope for the best, but I fear disaster!!
