Good Morning QVC Mods,
Do you have anything to do with the Roku streaming channel for QVC? I’m not sure if that’s under your (QVC) purview, or is it strictly Roku. Anyway, the channel is not working at all. When I click on it, nothing happens. Then it goes back to the Roku Home screen. No other Roku channels are like this.

I have been having problems with QVC freezing or losing the signal altogether for a few minutes on Comcast. Sometimes, it's only QVC, other times, all 3 QVC channels at the same time.
No problems with HSN or other channels.

@Foxxee Uh oh, they have multiple problems again then.
On Roku, QVC & HSN have combined their Roku app channel into only one. So you have to click on the combined channel first, then you have six channels - all four QVC channels, and the two HSN channels — of which to choose to view. Unfortunately, I cannot even get that first combined channel to “open.”
I hope the signal improves on your service soon.

I am having the same problem with my QVC app as you are. But I have started watching QVC on my new Frndly app instead. I signed up a month ago to get that service to watch the Hallmark movies and they provide the main channel QVC as well. Which is nice because I can now DVR the Hallmark movies and QVC! AT $7.99 a month it is pretty reasonable.

@Caaareful Shopper - Is your Roku app still having problems? I just checked mine and it is working. I have experienced a lot of issues with the picture quality lately, especially on QVC2, but I watched for a few minutes and didn't see any problems today. In case it is helpful, I've occasionally found that I have better success watching QVC and QVC2 on the app if I use the left and down arrows to click the QVC tab first and then select the channel I want to watch from there. @loriqvc Thank you for asking. I gave up after an hour, and went to do other things. But I’m back now and it’s working just fine.

This happened to me a week or two ago. I thought it was my satellite, but when I changed stations, they all worked fine. It went back to normal after many minutes and I haven't had the problem since.

@Susan-QVC It’s working fine now Susan, but if helps diagnose other problems, or future problems, here it is:
