As a customer, one should be able to reasonably expect their item(s) to be delivered in good condition. I'm sure if this happened to you, you would be singing a different tune.

When I had my Etsy shop it was up to me to make sure that my customers received their packages safe & sound. In over ten years I only had one customer who had a package stolen from their porch and another receive a damaged one due to USPS.
I took steps to fix it for both and I was just a small shop. The Q is a huge company and they are responsible for making sure their customer receives their items intact and undamaged.

@Makop - Why did the Total Gym sit out in the snow? Where you not aware it was delivered? Whatever happened with it?

Reread her post, @San Antonio Gal. The damage occurred before the box was finally delivered.

Ah, thanks @tansy . It sat out in the snow somewhere and then was delivered. Makes sense now.

I'm truly sorry to hear that your snacks wont arrive in time for Easter! I share your frustration and would be happy to look into our options with you. Please send me your Order Number at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. We ask that you include the Total Gym Order Number, as well. We would like to look into a solution for your return.
Our apologies that you missed out on some items you really wanted. When our orders process at midnight, there are those that are declined, or they might have been canceled before that time. These items go back into our inventory, which is why you might see some available the next day. They are usually very limited, but it is a great opportunity to pick something up that you might have missed out on!

I am tired of putting something in my cart and getting the pop up saying Just Sold Out. Very annoying to show it available then getting this message.
