I went into my order status and my EP says installments past due, update the expiration date on your Q CARD. I pay in full every month. Everything only on Q card, and it has no experation date. They always take the payment ,but they are telling me I am past due on installments, doesn't,t make sense? CS closed at this time of morning to call, maybe one of the mods can help. I only use the Q CARD and pay my bill in full.

I did email social and am calling this morning. Thank you in advance if you can help. Between and order. Getting lost in the mail, this and jumping pages, I,m through. Everywhere else I order, it comes in a few days. No shipping charges and discounts. After 20+ years finish.

Just spent 1+ hours with a three way conversation with the bank that handles the Q account and CS. Bank said nothing wrong with my account and was not declined payments on the card that the glich is on the QVC side. Then it accepted one of the payments and not the other three wihich left the CS scratching his head. Now there is an e mail to the EP dept. to fix whatever and accept the payments. What is going on at the Q. I am done after all EP are finish. I will not order anymore. It is getting worse. I may have to wait 4 days for my account to be corrected. The bank CS on the three way told them QVC CS nothing wrong with my account.
