QVC Call Today Regarding Easy Pay

Today I received an automated call from QVC saying that there was a problem with my easy pay.  I checked my account, all good.  Please fix this technical issue.  I do not need any more stress.  Thank you.

Glad you checked your account, but that doesn't mean everything is okay on the QVC end.

 

This forum is basically for Other QVC customers, no one here can fix any technical issues.

Maybe your credit card will not accept the charge.

 

What you see on the QVC screen is not the whole story.

Thank you for all the replies.  I am pleased and grateful to report that Natalie of the QVC Social Team sent me an e-mail that my account was fine.  Unfortunately, these "external senders" enjoy their "phishing" expeditions, along with their fellow hackers, deceitful contractors, etc.  I hope that karma is experienced by all these evildoers.
