For some time I have not been able to listen to the QVC videos on my Ipad. I have un-installed the app several times thinking it might help. No luck. Is anyone else having this problem? I miss shopping in my spare time... Do not have any problem with other programs. Thank you.

No issues here, have you tried the shutdown/power off? (Kinda reboot per se). That usually fixes quirky things.

For many weeks I had no volume on app both live & video. It was "fixed" a few days ago, but not without glitches. I just revert to Safari when it happens.

Try ditching the app and access QVC by using your search engine. Its so much easier to not use the app.
