For the past several days the QVC app has been crashing. Anyone else having the same problem? Who do you contact with this issue?

Not having that issue.  Does your device have the latest update?  Unless it's a widespread issue, it's not a QVC issue.

@shopsatq - If you haven't tried this already, uninstall the app, shut down your device, power up again, and then reinstall the app. Sometimes that is enough to clear out any glitches that may be happening. Good luck!

Even better, ditch the app and use qvc.com.

The APP is the best way to shop for me!  

 

I haven't had any issues and I use it every day.  I hope your issue is resolved @shopsatq .

It sounds like it might be your device. The website works fine for me.  Some thoughts.

 

First, be sure your devices have installed all their system updates. Set your devices to automatically update too.

 

Clear your cookies, history, cache - on a regular basis. I do it weekly so it eliminates some unwanted tracking and frees up space on my devices.

 

Try a difference internet option.

 

Do you have a VPN? Mine sometimes won't let me in a website I use all the time but will a day or two later. weird.

 

Do you have an anti-virus installed?  If not, you need a reputable one.

Hi - I’m using the app on my iPhone. I will uninstall and turn off/in my phone to see if that works.
